General Questions:

When is the SENSE Token Sale?

The Presale started to accept funds on October 3, 2017 and will be open until November 6, 2017 11:59pm or until the Presale $10M Hard Cap is reached. The Main Sale will commence on November 7, 2017 at 9 am EDT and will end on November 30, 2017 or until the target cap for the $5M Main Sale is reached.

How can I participate in the Presale?

The Presale includes a general Presale process for participants contributing a minimum of $50,000 with a separate tranche reserved for qualified developers with a $100 minimum and a $2,500 maximum commitment. To participate in general Presale, please send your request to [email protected] and indicate the currency and amount you’d like to contribute. You will be issued a unique invitation link to fund the transaction. Is there a minimum or maximum of SENSE tokens I can buy during the Presale?

Where and how will the Main Sale take place?

The Main Sale will be conducted on https://sensetoken.com when the Main Sale starts on November 7, at 9 am EDT. On the day of the sale you will be able to go on the website and use the site to submit BTC, ETH, or other tokens via Shapeshift for purchase of SENSE tokens.

How many SENSE tokens will be available in the Token Sale and how many created in total?

A fixed supply of 664M tokens will be created. Soft cap of 115.8M and Hard Cap of 182.5M tokens will be sold to end users through the Presale and the Main Sale. At least 50M tokens will be sold in the Main Sale.

Is there a minimum or maximum of SENSE tokens I can buy during the Main Sale?

Which payment methods will be accepted in the Token Sale?

BTC, ETH, and other tokens via Shapeshift will be the only methods of payment accepted in the Token Sale.

What is the pricing mechanism?

You will be asked to select the USD value of tokens you are requesting to purchase from the drop-down menu. The USD amount you select in the drop-down menu will be converted to, and payable in, BTC, ETH and other ERC20 tokens supported by Shapeshift. The amount payable in BTC, ETH, and accepted ERC20 tokens will be based on an exchange rate determined immediately prior to the sale.

What is the exchange rate mechanism?

The volume of tokens a participant gets in the Token Sale will be based on a fixed FX price. To fix the exchange rate of ETH and BTC to USD we will use the rates from the Coinbase GDAX exchange 1 hour before the Main Sale starts on November 7, 2017 at 9:00AM EDT.

How do I determine the transfer amount of ETH/BTC to meet the minimum $ requirements for the Presale and the Main Sale?

The size of your transfer in ETH/BTC has to meet the minimum $ requirements for the Presale/Main Sale at the moment of your contribution.

What will I need in order to participate in the Token Sale?

If you are paying in BTC: Your BTC on an exchange or in a wallet, ready to be sent to the address displayed to you via the crowdsale widget. Your BTC refund address which is your receiving address. Your ERC-20 compatible wallet address (please see examples of such wallets in the Technical Questions section below). If you are paying in ETH: Your ETH in an ERC-20 compatible wallet (Note: It will NOT be possible to send ETH from an exchange).

How will I know if my purchase was successful if both Bitcoin and Ethereum networks are overloaded?

For purchases made in BTC and ETH, we will deem a purchase to be successful when six confirmations have been received within six hours of the time that payment information is displayed to you during the Main Sale process. We reserve the right to refund your purchase if the transaction is processed after the six hour period lapses.

Are there any bonuses or discounts available for this Token sale?

Yes! Currently we have limited space in the 20% discount tier or at $0.08 price per token.

Will there be a lock-up on tokens sold in the public Token Sale?

No, there is no lock-up for any of the tokens sold in the Presale or Main Sale. There is a lock up period of 2 years and 6 months for the tokens not sold in the public token sale, these tokens will be unlocked in the amount of 10% tokens quarterly.

Which wallets can I use?

You need to provide us with a token receipt address that is ER-C20 compatible (see the list of ERC-20 compatible wallets below). Please make sure you DO NOT have your tokens deposited to an exchange (Poloniex, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini etc). If you choose to purchase tokens with ETH, the ETH must be sent from a wallet you control.

I sent from a wallet and I have the private key, can I get my tokens?

I sent from a wallet and I do not have the private key, can I still get my tokens?

If this happens, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. However, Sensay is not responsible for any delays, losses, costs, expenses, or other issues relating to or arising from the loss of your private key or any other access credentials.

My token receiving address does not support ERC20 and I do not have the private key?

If this happens, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. However, Sensay is not responsible for any delays, losses, costs, expenses, or other issues relating to or arising from the loss of your private key or any other access credentials.

I didn’t use enough gas what can I do?

The transactions should have been rejected or not mined, your balance has not changed. Please try again with enough gas. Try 250,000.

I sent funds from an exchange for the Presale or Main sale, what can I do?

You need to provide us with a token receipt address that is ER-C20 compatible (see the list of ER-C20 compatible wallets below). Please make sure you DO NOT send funds from an exchange (Poloniex, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini etc). If you choose to purchase tokens with ETH, the ETH must be sent from a wallet you control. Make sure your token receiving address is ER-C20 compatible and is NOT an exchange controlled wallet. Please contact support if you have any questions [email protected]

I specified a token receiving address that was NOT ERC-20 compatible or was from an exchange. What can I do?

Please contact your wallet or exchange customer support team. In some instances, those tokens could potentially be retrieved and directed to you.

Which wallets can I use to receive tokens?

The following wallets are known to be compatible with Ethereum tokens (ERC-20 standard) and may allow you to receive and view your balances: MyEtherWallet (no download needed), Mist (Desktop), Parity (Desktop), imToken (iOS), imToken (Android).

Where will SENSE tokens will be traded after the Token Sale is finished?

We expect some exchanges will list the token sale given its popularity. Exchanges are independent entities. Those will be organic to any exchange that chose to list the token.

When will SENSE tokens be distributed after the End of the Main Sale?

Please follow the timeline of the Token Sale at our website. We plan that the tokens will be distributed approximately within one month after the end of the Main Sale.
